The Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts Director, Mr Dhondup Tsering, warmly welcomed and greeted the delegates of Compassionate Leadership Submit delegations and provided a brief overview of the organisation (TIPA). The traditional hand carving, “Ngonpa Bak,” was presented to the chief organizer, Ms Katy Seager, Geshe Thupten Jinpa la, and Geshe Dorjee Gyaltsen as a token of respect and to show our gratitude and appreciation.
