On April 2, 2025, at 6 p.m., Mr. Ross John Greer, Member of the Scottish Parliament and Chairman of the Advocacy Support Group; Ms. Eleanor Jane Byrne-Rosengren, an expert on Tibetan affairs and human rights; Mr. Cameron E. William Garrett, Research and Policy Director of the Scottish Green Groups; and Mr. Michael Brand, Member of the German Parliament and the German International Tibet Support Group, Mr Kai Muller, Executive Director of the International campaign for tibet [ICT] were honored by the Honorable Speaker of the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile and the Honorable Sikyong (Principle leader of the Central Tibetan Administration), along with dignitaries and officials from the CTA, in a special event held at TIPA’s auditorium.
The event commenced with an introduction by the Director of TIPA, followed by a warm address from the Honorable Sikyong, who extended greetings to the guests and acknowledged their longstanding support for the Tibetan cause. The evening continued with a vibrant live cultural performance by the talented artistes of TIPA, which captivated the audience.
