Cultural Immersion Summer Course
About:
The programme was originally established in response to requests from parents who wished for their children to learn and engage in the performing arts at TIPA. It was first launched in 2023 with an initial group of 15 participants.
During their summer vacation, students from outside India attend TIPA for a one-month programme designed to provide them with a deeper understanding of Tibetan culture and institutions. As part of the experience, participants visit schools, monasteries, and the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA).
Throughout the programme, TIPA provides accommodation and daily meals for all participants, creating an immersive environment where they can learn about and actively participate in Tibetan cultural and performing arts traditions.
