The program has been initiated by the Foundation for Universal Responsibility of His Holiness the Dalai Lama for the last 27 years.
The Secretary of TIPA, Mr. Sonam Chophel gave a brief introductory note on the institution, which was followed by Q & A session, whereby the young scholars took an active part in putting across their views and asking some simmering questions.
After this, the music instructors and trainees gave a brief demonstration of playing all the musical instruments.
The session came to a delightful end with the participation of all the scholars in learning the basic movements of Tibetan Circle dance.
