On November 20, 2023, in the presence of high-level USID delegations, the Social and Resource Development Fund (SARD – CTA) organized a roundtable brainstorming session at the TIPA conference hall with Cultural Institutions. Following a request from Kashag, professional artists from the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts presented a live cultural performance as a gesture of honor and gratitude to the former European Parliament president Dr.Hans- Gert Pottering was accompanied by by Dr. Adrain Haack, Director of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation of New Delhi and Representative Rigzin Choedon from the Office of Tibet Brussels, and other delegations and dignitaries from USAID.
The TIPA director provided a briefing on TIPA’s initiatives, and the education minister and acting Sikyong of CTA, Kungoe Tharman Dolma, extended a warm welcome to the guests and delegations. The cultural performance left a lasting impression on the guests, who expressed their appreciation with applause.
