On July 6, 2026, on the official birthday anniversary marking the 91st year of His Holiness the Dalai Lama at 7:00 in the evening, the Kashag (Cabinet) of the Central Tibetan Administration hosted an official dinner reception at the hall of the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts (TIPA) in honor of officials of the Central Tibetan Administration and specially invited Indian official and non-official dignitaries from within Kangra district. The event began with a performance of traditional/commemorative songs by artists of the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts, followed by the official dinner reception.
