༄༅། །བོད་ཀྱི་ཟློས་གར་སྒྱུ་རྩལ་སློབ་གཉེར་ཁང་དུ་སྨན་ཆུ་ཁའི་སློབ་གཉེར་བ་གསར་འཇུག་ཞུས་པའི་དབུ་འབྱེད་མཛད་སྒོ།

ཕྱི་ལོ་ ༢༠༢༦ཟླ་ ༤ ཚེས་ ༡༠ཉིན་གྱི་ཞོགས་པ་ཚོུད་ ༡༠ ཐོག་བོད་ཀྱི་ཟློས་གར་ཚོགས་པའི་ཚོགས་ཁང་ནང་དུ་སྨན་ཆུ་ཁའི་གནས་ནང་རིག་གཞུང་ཚོགས་པ་ནས་དེ་སྔ་བོད་ཀྱི་ཟློས་གར་སྨན་ཆུ་ཁའི་སོ་ནམ་ལོ་གསར་གོ་སྒྲིག་ཚོགས་ཆུང་ནས་ཇི་ལྟར་གདན་ཞུ་གནང་འབྱོར་ལྟར་ཕྱི་ལོ་ ༢༠༢༥ ཟླ་ ༢ པའི་ནང་འདི་གའི་སྤྱི་ཁྱབ་འགན་འཛིན་གྱི་སྣེ་ཁྲིད་འོག་སྒྱུ་རྩལ་བ་ཁག་ཅིག་སྨན་ཆུ་ཁར་སོ་ནམ་ལོ་གསར་གྱི་དུས་སྟོན་དུ་མཉམ་བཞུགས་ཀྱིས་བོད་ཀྱི་རིག་གཞུང་འཁྲབ་སྟོན་ཞུ་སྐབས།  སྨན་ཆུ་ཁའི་གནས་ནང་རིག་གཞུང་ཚོགས་པ་ནས་མོན་པའི་སྤྱི་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་སྐད་ཡིག་དང་ཆོས། རིག་གཞུང་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་ཕ་མེས་ནས་བརྒྱུད་དེ་བོད་དང་འབྲེལ་ལམ་གཏིང་ཟབ་ཡོད་པར་སོང་། ད་ཆ་མི་རབས་རྒན་རྣམས་རིམ་པས་རྫོགས་ལ་ཉེ་ཞིང་རང་གི་རིག་གཞུང་དང་གོམས་སྲོལ་སོགས་ཉམས་རྒུད་དུ་འགྲོ་ལ་འཁེལ་སྐབས་མི་རབས་གཞོན་པ་ཚོས་དོ་སྣང་བྱེད་དགོས་པའི་དུས་སུ་སླེབས་ཡོང་པར་གཞིགས་ཏེ། དེ་གའི་ལས་སྣེ་དང་མི་མང་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་རེ་འདུན་བཞིན་གཞོན་སྐྱེས་རྣམ་ས་བོད་ཀྱི་ཟློས་གར་ཚོགས་པའི་ནང་སློབ་གཉེར་ཡོང་བའི་ཡིག་ངག་གཉིས་ནས་སྐྱབས་འཇུག་སྔ་ཕྱི་རིམ་ཞུ་དོན་ལྟར། སྨན་ཆུ་ཁའི་གནས་ཁང་རིག་གཞུང་ཚོགས་པའི་དམིགས་ཡུལ་དང་།  དེའི་ཁུལ་མོན་པའི་སྤྱི་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་མངོན་འདོད་དང་དོ་བདག་སློབ་ཕྲུག་ཚོའི་འདུན་པ་སོགས་ལ་གཞི་བཅོལ་གྱིས་འདི་ནས་ཚོགས་པའི་འགན་འཛིན་ལྷན་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་ཐེངས་ ༥༠ སྐབས་སུ་ཞིབ་ཕྲའི་གནད་དོན་སྙན་གསན་དང་བཀའ་བསྡུར་ཞུས་འབྲས་སུ་སྨན་ཆུ་ཁའི་མོན་པའི་སྤྱི་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ ༦ དང་བུ་མོ་ ༦ ཁྱོན་བསྡོམས་ ༡༢ ལ་བོད་ཀྱི་ཟློས་གར་ཚོགས་པར་རིན་མེད་སློབ་གཉེར་སློབ་འཇུག་ཡོང་བའི་ཞུ་བསྐུལ་ལ་ད་རེས་ཞུ་སྙན་པའི་དགོས་དམིགས་དང་འདི་གའི་ཚོགས་པའི་ལས་དོན་ཞུ་སྒོའི་དམིགས་ཡུལ་གཞིར་བཟུང་ད་རེས་ཐེངས་དང་པོར་དམིགས་བསལ་དགོངས་བཞེས་ཐོག་ཉུང་མཐར་ལོ་ ༦རིང་སློབ་གཉེར་རྒྱུན་སྐྱོང་བྱ་རྒྱུའི་འདུན་པ་དང་ཁས་ལེན་ཡོད་ཀྱིས་རིན་མེད་ཐོག་སློབ་འཇུག་གནང་རྒྱུའི་བཀའ་འཁྲོལ་བསྩལ་སོན་བྱུང་བ་ཞིག་ཡིན།

 དེ་རྗེས་སྐུ་མགྲོན་གཙོ་བོ་མཆོག་ནས་སྨན་ཆུ་ཁ་ནས་ཕེབས་པའི་གནས་ནང་རིག་གཞུང་ཚོགས་པའི་སྤྱི་ཁྱབ་དྲུང་ཆེ་དང་ཚོགས་གཞོན་ཕ་མ་སྤུན་མཆེད་དང་དམིགས་བཀར་སློབ་གཉེར་གསར་པ་རྣམས་ལ་འཚམས་འདྲིའི་མཇལ་དར་གནང་སྟེ་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་གསོལ་ཆ་འབྲས་སིལ་འདེགས་འབུལ་ཞུས་གནང་སོང་།མཛོད་སྒོའི་ཐོག་མར་བོད་ཀྱི་ཟློས་གར་ཚོགས་པའི་སྤྱི་ཁྱབ་འགན་འཛིན་མཆོག་ནས་འཚམས་འདྲི་དང་སྨན་ཆུ་ཁའི་མོན་པའི་སྤྱི་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་སློབ་ཕྲུག་གྲངས་ ༡༢ འདི་ག་བོད་ཀྱི་ཟློས་གར་ཚོགས་པར་རིན་མེད་སློབ་འཇུག་ཞུ་དགོས་པའི་དགོས་པ་དང་དམིགས་ཡུལ།  གནས་ནང་རིག་གཞུང་ཚོགས་པ་ནས་རྒྱབ་གཉེར་དང་ཁས་ལེན་གནང་དོན་ལྟར་སློབ་ཕྲུག་དང་ཕ་མ་སོ་སོ་ནས་ལོ་དྲུག་རིང་ངེས་པར་དུ་བོད་ཀྱི་ཟློས་གར་ཚོགས་པར་སློབ་གཉེར་བྱ་གལ་དང་དེ་ལྟར་བྱུང་ཐུབ་ན་ང་ཚོ་ཚང་མའི་དགོས་པ་དང་དམིགས་ཡུལ་སྒྲུབ་བཞིན་ཡོད་པ་དང་།   སློབ་གཉེར་བྱ་ཡུན་རིང་ཀུན་སྤྱོད་དང་སློབ་གཉེར་ཁང་གི་བྱ་རིམ་ཇི་བཞིན་ཚུལ་མཐུན་པའི་དགོས་པའི་བཀའ་སློབ་ཕེབས་པ་དང་།  དེ་རྗེས་གནས་ནང་སྨན་ཆུ་ཁའི་རིག་གཞུང་ཚོགས་པའི་སྤྱི་ཁྱབ་དྲུང་ཆེ་དང་ཚོགས་གཞོན་གཉིས་ནས་ད་ལན་བོད་ཀྱི་ཟློས་གར་ཚོགས་པས་སྨན་ཆུ་ཁའི་གནས་ནང་མི་མང་གི་མངོན་འདོད་བཞིན་གོ་སྐལ་དེ་ལྟར་གནང་བ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེ་ཞུས་པ་དང་། ལས་དོན་དེའི་རྒྱུན་རིམ་ཇི་ལྟར་བྱུང་བའི་སྐོར་ངོ་སྤྲོད་གནང་སོང་།

TIPA Admits 12 Students from Arunachal’s Menchukha in Landmark Cultural Initiative

The Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts (TIPA) on Saturday formally inducted 12 students from Menchukha in Arunachal Pradesh under a special initiative aimed at preserving and promoting Himalayan cultural heritage.

The induction ceremony was held at 10:00 AM in the institute’s main hall, in the presence of dignitaries, faculty members, students, and a delegation from Menchukha, including family members of the newly admitted students.

The initiative stems from a cultural exchange visit in February 2025, when a TIPA delegation participated in Losar celebrations in Menchukha and staged traditional Tibetan performances at the invitation of the local cultural association. The visit highlighted the deep-rooted linguistic, religious, and cultural ties between the Monpa community and Tibetan traditions, while also drawing attention to concerns over the gradual decline of these traditions amid generational change.

Following appeals from local leaders and community representatives, TIPA approved the admission of 12 students-six boys and six girls-after detailed deliberations during its 50th executive meeting. The selected students have been offered free education, subject to a minimum six-year commitment to training at the institute.

The ceremony was graced by the Secretary of the Department of Religion and Culture, Dhondul Dorjee, as chief guest. Representatives from the Menchukha cultural association, including General Secretary Sangey Sona and Deputy Chairman Cheeden Goiba, were also in attendance.

Proceedings began with traditional ceremonial offerings, including the presentation of Khataks (ceremonial scarves) and the lighting of butter lamps before a portrait of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, followed by formal addresses.

In his welcome remarks, the Director of TIPA underscored the significance of the initiative and urged students and their families to remain committed to the full duration of the training program. He also emphasized discipline and adherence to institutional guidelines as key to their success.
