ཕྱི་ལོ་ ༢༠༢༤ ཟླ་ ༩ ཚེས་ ༥ ཉིན་སྔ་དྲོའི་ཆུ་ཚོད་ ༨ ཐོག་འདི་ག་བོད་ཀྱི་ཟློས་གར་ཚོགས་པའི་མཆོད་ཁང་དུ་འདི་གའི་དགེ་ལས་སློབ་ཕྲུག་ཡོངས་ལྷན་འཛོམས་ཀྱི་ཐོག་ནས་༸རྒྱལ་བའི་ཞབས་བརྟན་དང་བོད་བསྟན་སྲིད་ཀྱི་ཆེད་དུ་ཞབས་རིམ་གསུང་འདོན་དང་། རྟེན་འབྲེལ་གྱི་གསོལ་ཇ་བཞེས་འདེགས་འབུལ། བསངས་གསོལ་དང་སྒོར་གཞས་འཁྲབ་སྟོན་གྱིས་སྔུན་བསུས་ཏེ་འདི་ག་བོད་ཀྱི་ཟློས་གར་ཚོགས་པར་དགེ་ལས་ཀྱི་ཉིན་མོ་སྲུང་བརྩི་ཞུས་ཡོད། དེ་ཡང་དེ་ཉིན་འདི་གའི་དགེ་ལས་རྣམས་ལ་དགའ་ཚོར་དང་སྤྲོ་སྣང་གི་དམིགས་བསལ་བ་ཞིག་སྦྱིན་ཆེད་དུ་འདི་གའི་སློབ་ཕྲུག་རྣམས་ནས་རྩེད་རིགས་འདྲ་མིན་གོ་སྒྲིག་ཞུས་ཡོད་པ་བཞིན། དགེ་ལས་རྣམས་རུ་ཁུག་གཉིས་སུ་བགོས་ཏེ་དགོད་སྒྲའི་ཁྲོད་དུ་རྩེད་འགྲན་སྣ་ཚོགས་ལ་རོལ་ཡོད་ཅིང་། ཉིན་དེའི་དགོང་དྲོའི་གསོལ་ཚིགས་སྐབས་སུ་བོད་ཀྱི་ཟློས་གར་ཚོགས་པའི་གཞས་ཚིག་དང་གཏམ་བརྗོད་ལྗགས་རྩོམ་དང་། ལས་དོན་བྱེད་ཕྱོགས་ཐོག་ལམ་སྟོན་སོགས་རྒྱུན་དུ་མཐུན་འགྱུར་ཅི་ཆེ་གནང་མཁན་དགེ་བཤེས་བློ་བཟང་གྲགས་པ་ལགས་གདན་ཞུས་ཀྱིས་སྒྱུ་རྩལ་བ་སློབ་ཕྲུག་རྣམས་ནས་གཞས་སྣ་འདྲི་མིན་གཟིགས་འབུལ་དང་། དགེ་བཤེས་ལགས་སུ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ལེགས་འབུལ་ཞུ་རྟེན་དུ་སྒྲུབ་ཐོབ་ཐང་སྟོང་རྒྱལ་པོའི་སྐུ་བརྙན་ཞིག་ཕྱག་རྟགས་སུ་ཕུལ་ཡོད། དགེ་བཤེས་ལགས་ནས་དེ་ཉིན་འདི་གའི་དགེ་ལས་སློབ་ཕྲུག་ཡོངས་ལ་བཀའ་སློབ་ཟབ་རྒྱས་ཤིག་གནང་བ་ཙམ་དུ་མ་ཟད། འདི་ག་བོད་ཀྱི་ཟློས་གར་ཚོགས་པའི་འདི་ལོའི་དབྱར་སྐྱིད་རུ་ཁག་གཉིས་དང་ཐེ་ཝན་དུ་སྐོར་སྐྱོད་འགྲོ་མཁན་ཚོའི་ཆེད་དུ་ཐེ་ཝན་གྱི་སྒོར་ ༣༠༠༠ ཞལ་འདེབས་ཕུལ་ཏེ་དགེ་སློབ་དབར་གྱི་མཛའ་འབྲེལ་སྔར་བས་དམ་ཟབ་ཏུ་བཏང་བའི་སྒོ་ནས་འདི་ལོའི་དགེ་ལས་ཀྱི་ཉིན་མོ་གཟབ་རྒྱས་ངང་ལེབས་གྲུབ་བྱུང་ཡོད།
On the morning of September 5, 2024, at 8:00 a.m., all teachers, staff, and students of the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts (TIPA) gathered in the institute’s prayer hall. The day began with prayer recitations and ritual ceremonies dedicated to the long life of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and the well-being of all sentient beings. Ceremonial tea was served, purification rituals were performed, and traditional circle dances were presented to mark the occasion of Staff Day at TIPA.
To bring joy and a festive spirit to the staff, students organized a variety of games and activities. Staff members were divided into two teams and enthusiastically participated in friendly competitions, filling the day with laughter and camaraderie.
In the evening, a special dinner was hosted in honor of the staff. Geshe Lobsang Dakpa la—who has consistently extended his guidance and support to TIPA in the fields of songwriting, storytelling, literary composition, and work methods—was invited as the Chief Guest. Student artists performed songs, and as a token of gratitude, TIPA presented Geshe-la with a portrait of Druptop Thangtong Gyalpo as a memento.
On this occasion, Geshe-la offered profound words of advice to both staff and students. He donated some money to support the Ngonpa and Gyalu groups, as well as TIPA’s touring members traveling to Taiwan. His gesture added special significance to the event, further strengthening the bond between teachers, staff, and students.
