༄༅། །ཕྱི་ལོ་ ༢༠༢༥ ཟླ་ ༩ ཚེས་ ༢༡ ཉིན་གྱི་སྔ་དྲོའི་ཚོུད་ ༡༠ ཐོག་ཇར་མན་རོགས་ཚོགས་ (German Aid to Tibetans) ཀྱི་ཚོགས་གཙོ་ལྕམ་སྐུ་ (Heide Meyer) མཆོག་དང་ཕྱག་རོགས་ཚོགས་པའི་ལས་བྱེད་(Ms. Chritrians) རྣམ་གཉིས་བོད་ཀྱི་ཟློས་གར་ཚོགས་པར་ཆེད་ཕེབས་གནང་ཡོད། དེ་ཡང་རོགས་ཚོགས་ངོས་ནས་འདི་གའི་བུའི་སྡོད་ཁང་དང་ལས་ཤག་གསར་རྒྱག་གི་ལས་གཞིའི་ཐོག་འགྲོ་གྲོན་བརྒྱ་ཆ་ ༥༠ ལྷག་རོགས་སྐྱོར་གནང་ཡོད་པས། ད་ལན་སྡོད་ཁང་དང་ལས་ཤག་གསར་རྒྱག་གི་ལས་གཞི་མཇུག་བསྒྲིལ་ལ་ཉེ་བ་སོང་ཆེད་དུ་ལས་གཞིར་གཟིགས་ཞིབ་གནང་བར་ཕེབས་པ་ཞིག་ཡིན་ཞིང་། དེ་ཙམ་དུ་མ་ཟད་དེ་སྔོན་ཕྱི་ལོ་ ༢༠༡༧ ལོར་འདི་གའི་བུ་མོའི་ཉལ་ཁང་གསར་རྒྱག་ཐད་ལའང་འགྲོ་གྲོན་བརྒྱ་ཆ་ ༥༠ ལྷག་རོགས་སྐྱོར་དང་། བོད་ཀྱི་ཟློས་གར་ཚོགས་པའི་གསོལ་ཐབ་དང་གསོལ་ཚིགས་ཁང་གི་ཁང་ཐོག་གི་ལྕགས་ཤོག་བརྗེ་བསྒྱུར་དང་སྒྱུ་རྩལ་འཁྲབ་སྦྱོང་བྱ་ཡུལ་མདུན་ཐང་གི་གྱང་རྩིག་གསར་རྒྱག་ཐད་ལའང་དཔལ་འབྱོར་གྱི་མཐུན་འགྱུར་གནང་ཡོད་པས། ད་ལན་བུའི་སྡོད་ཁང་དང་ལས་ཤག་གསར་རྒྱག་གི་ལས་གཞིའི་ཐོག་གཟིགས་ཞིབ་གནང་ཡོད་པ་མ་ཟད། ཇར་མན་རོགས་ཚོགས་ནས་རོགས་དངུལ་མཐུན་འགྱུར་ཞུས་ཡོད་པའི་དེ་སྔའི་ལས་གཞི་གྲུབ་ཟིན་པ་ཁག་ལའང་གཟིགས་རྟོག་གནང་ཡོད་ཅིང། ལས་གཞི་དང་འབྲེལ་བའི་དོགས་འདྲི་ཕེབས་ཁག་ལ་ཕན་ཚུན་དབར་གོ་བསྐོན་གསལ་བཀྲོལ་གྱི་གླེང་མོལ་ལྷུག་པོར་ཞུས་ཡོད།
ཚོགས་གཙོ་ལྕམ་ Heide Meyer མཆོག་གིས་ཐུགས་འགན་རྐང་བཞེས་གནང་བའི་འོག་ཇར་མན་རོགས་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་ད་བར་བོད་ཕྲུག་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སློབ་ཡོན་དང་། རྒས་འཁོགས་ཀྱི་འཚོ་སྣོན། སྤྱི་ཚོགས་འཛུགས་སྐྲུན་གྱི་ལས་གཞི་སོགས་བཙན་བྱོལ་བོད་མིའི་སྤྱི་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་འཕེལ་རྒྱས་ལ་སྨན་པའི་ལས་གཞི་གང་ཅིའི་ཐོག་མིག་སྨན་མིག་ཐོག་གི་རོགས་སྐྱོར་ཚད་མེད་གནང་ཡོད་པས། ད་ལན་ལྕམ་སྐུ་ Heide Meyer མཆོག་འདི་ག་བོད་ཀྱི་ཟློས་གར་ཚོགས་པར་ཕེབས་ཡོད་པའི་གོ་སྐབས་འདི་བཟུང་སྟེ། དེ་ཉིན་གྱི་ཕྱི་དྲོའི་ཆུ་ཚོད་ ༥:༣༠ ཐོག་ལྕམ་སྐུ་མཆོག་འདི་ག་བོད་ཀྱི་ཟློས་གར་ཚོགས་པའི་སྒྱུ་རྩལ་ཚོགས་ཁང་དུ་གདན་ཞུས་ཀྱིས་ཚོགས་པའི་སྤྱི་ཁྱབ་འགན་འཛིན་གྱིས་ལྕམ་སྐུ་མཆོག་ལ་མཇལ་དར་དང་དྲན་རྟེན་ཕྱག་རྟགས་འབུལ་ལམ་ཞུས་ཏེ། ལྕམ་སྐུ་མཆོག་ལ་དམིགས་བསལ་ཆེད་བསྟོད་དང་ཇར་མན་རོགས་ཚོགས་ནས་ད་བར་བཙན་བྱོལ་བོད་མིའི་སྤྱི་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་བདེ་དོན་སྨན་པའི་རོགས་སྐྱོར་གནང་བ་ལ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེ་ཞུ་སླད་འདི་གའི་སྒྱུ་རྩལ་བ་རྣམས་ནས་རིག་གཞུང་གི་གཞས་སྣ་འཁྲབ་སྟོན་དང་། དེ་རྗེས་དགོང་ཚིགས་གསོལ་སྟོན་གཟབ་རྒྱས་ཤིག་འདེགས་འབུལ་ཞུས་པར། ལྕམ་སྐུ་མཆོག་ཐུགས་དགྱེས་ཚོར་ཆེན་པོས་ད་བར་བོད་པའི་སྤྱི་ཚོགས་ལ་ད་བར་ཞབས་ཞུ་ཞུ་རྒྱུའི་གོ་སྐབས་བྱུང་བ་ལ་དགའ་སྤོབས་ཆེན་པོ་ཡོད་པ་དང་། དམིགས་བསལ་དུ་༸གོང་ས་མཆོག་གིས་ཆེད་ཐོག་མར་བཙུགས་གནང་མཛད་པའི་རིག་གཞུང་བསྟི་གནས་ཁང་འདི་ད་བར་རྒྱུན་གནས་དང་སྲ་བརྟན་ཡོངས་ཐབས་སུ་གང་འོས་མཐུན་འགྱུར་སྦྱར་རྒྱུ་བྱུང་བར་དགའ་ཚོར་ཆེན་པོ་ཡོད་པ་མ་ཟད། མ་འོངས་པར་ཡང་མུ་མཐུད་རོགས་སྐྱོར་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན་པའི་གསུང་བཤད་ཀྱང་གནང་ཡོད།
On the morning of September 21, 2025, the Chairperson of the German Aid to Tibetans organization, Ms. Heide Meyer, along with a staff member, Ms. Christians, visited the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts (TIPA).
The German Aid to Tibetans generously provided over 50% of the funding required for the construction of a new boys’ hostel and staff residential building for the institute. The primary purpose of their visit was to inspect the progress of this ongoing construction project, which is now nearing completion.
Previously, in 2017, the same organization extended similar support—funding over 50% of the construction costs—for the new girls’ hostel at TIPA. In addition, they contributed to the renovation of the dining hall building with new roofing sheets and supported the construction of a new retaining wall for the institute’s cultural school performance ground. All of these projects were made possible through their generous financial assistance.
During this recent visit, they not only inspected the current construction project but also reviewed several previously completed projects funded by their organization. They engaged in meaningful discussions with TIPA staff and project heads, addressing questions and exchanging valuable insights.
Ms. Heide Meyer has demonstrated a deep and unwavering commitment to her responsibilities. Under her leadership, the German Aid to Tibetans has consistently supported the Tibetan community—particularly in the areas of education, elderly care, and community development—making a significant contribution to the welfare of Tibetans in exile. Their support has extended across a wide range of initiatives.
As part of the visit, Ms. Meyer also attended a special program hosted in her honor by TIPA. At 5:30 PM on the same day, she was warmly received at the TIPA auditorium by the Director and staff. She was presented with a ceremonial khata(scarf) and a memento in appreciation of her long-standing support.
In recognition of her continued contributions to the Tibetan people, artists from TIPA performed a variety of traditional Tibetan songs and dances. The event concluded with a dinner reception held in her honor.
Ms. Meyer expressed her deep joy and pride in being able to continue serving the Tibetan community. She was especially pleased to see the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts—founded under the guidance of His Holiness the Dalai Lama—thriving and actively preserving Tibetan culture and arts in a sustainable way.
She also expressed her strong desire to continue supporting the Tibetan community in the years to come.
