Tenzin Lhadon is from Golathala, Bylakuppe. She joined Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts in 2016 and currently in the third year of training.
Q: What inspired you to give an audition at the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts?
Tenzin Lhadon: I have always had a huge love for the art of performance and entertainment. So, the person who supported me throughout my journey is my brother because he knew how much I love to perform and helped me get to the Institute of my dream.

ལྷ་སྒྲོན། གུས་མོ་ནི་ཆུང་དུས་ནས་སྒྱུ་རྩལ་འཁྲབ་སྟོན་ལ་ཧ་ཅང་དགའ་པོ་ཡོད། དེའི་ཐད་གུས་མོ་ང་རང་ལ་རྒྱུན་མཐུད་ནས་རྒྱབ་སྐྱོར་གནང་མཁན་ནི། སྙིང་ནས་བརྩེ་བའི་བཀའ་དྲིན་ཅན་གྱི་གུས་མོའི་གཅེན་པོའམ་ཇོ་ལགས་ཁོང་ཡིན། རྒྱུ་མཚན་ནི། ང་རང་འཁྲབ་སྟོན་ལ་ཧ་ཅང་དགའ་པོ་ཡོད་པ་དེ།གཅེན་པོ་ཁོང་གིས་གསལ་པོ་མཁྱེན་གྱི་ཡོད་སྟབས་ང་རང་གི་སེམས་པའི་ འཆར་སྣང་ངམ་རྨི་ལམ་དེ་མངོན་འགྱུར་ཐུབ་པ་བྱུང་ནས་བོད་ཀྱི་ཟློས་གར་ཚོགས་པའི་ནང་དངོས་སུ་འཛུལ་ཞུགས་ཐུབ་པ་བྱུང་སོང་ལཌ།།

ལྷ་སྒྲོན། ཚང་མས་མཁྱེན་གསལ་ལྟར། དུས་རབས་ཉི་ཤུའི་དུས་མཇུག་དང་། དུས་རབས་ཉེར་གཅིག་པའི་དུས་མགོར་སྐྱེས་པའི་ན་གཞོན་དང་། གཞོན་སྐྱེས་རྣམས་ནི། རྒྱ་གར་དང་། ལྷོ་ཀོ་རི་ཡ། ནུབ་ཕྱོགས་སོགས་ཀྱི་རིག་གཞུང་མཉམ་བསྲེས་བྱས་ཏེ་བཟོས་པའི་སྒྱུ་རྩལ་འཁྲབ་ཟློས་གར་ཁག་གིས་དེང་དུས་གཞོན་ སྐྱེས་རྣམ་པའི་བསམ་བློའི་ཁ་ལོ་བསྒྱུར་ཏེ་དེ་ཕྱོགས་སུ་འཁྲིད་བཞིན་ཡོད་སྟབས། ང་ཚོས་མིག་གིས་མཐོང་ཆོས་སུ་ང་རང་ཚོ་ཡོང་སའི་ཡོང་ཁུངས་རྩ་བ་དེ་དྲན་པ་བརླགས་འགྲོ་བཞིན་ཡོད། དེར་བརྟེན། གུས་མོས་དུས་རྒྱུན་དུ་གོང་གསལ་མི་རིག་གཞན་གྱི་རིག་གཞུང་དར་ཁྱབ་འགྲོ་བ་དང་ལྷན་དུ་ང་ཚོའི་སྲོལ་རྒྱུན་གྱི་སྒྱུ་རྩལ་རིག་གཞུང་དེ་དག་མི་ཉམས་རྒྱུན་འཛིན་བྱས་ཏེ་སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་བྱེད་རྒྱུ་སེམས་ལ་མ་བརྗེད་པ་བྱས་ཏེ་གང་ཐུབ་ཀྱིས་ཉར་ཚགས་བྱེད་རྒྱུ་ཡིད་ལ་བཅངས་བཞིན་ཡོད།།
Q: How best do you think you could make a difference in preserving Tibetan tradition and culture?
Tenzin Lhadon : We all are aware of Korean, western and Indian cultures influencing our Millennials and new generations. We are seemingly forgetting to support and nourish our own roots which on the verge of extinction. Therefore, I always keep that in my heart that I have a responsibility to preserve our language and culture while keeping up with other cultures.

Q: Which performing art form, you love the most. Why?
Tenzin Lhadon : I love playing instruments the most because I have a strong feeling and emotion for Playing Instrument and dancing gives me the freedom to express without being anxious about other people.

Q: Who is your role model and why?
Tenzin Lhadon: My role model is my mother because she is the strongest-hearted and kindest mother I know. Despite facing a different kind of circumstances in life yet, she raised seven of her children all by herself without a father. She is my best inspiration and I am always grateful for her.

Q: What is your future Goal?
Tenzin Lhadon: My future goal is to become a dance Instruction.
